Al-Qadsiah FC is a Saudi football club based in Khobar, in the Eastern Province, founded on 1 December 1967. Winners of the Asian Cup Winners’ Cup in 1993-94, they have been owned by Saudi Aramco since 2023.

A continental title in 1994
Al-Qadsiah won the Asian Cup Winners’ Cup in the 1993-94 edition, the most important trophy in their history. They had won the Crown Prince Cup in 1991-92, then the Federation Cup in 1993-94.
The club have never been Saudi champions: their best top-flight finish remains third place, in the 1980-81 season.
Moving between the divisions
After twenty-one consecutive seasons in the top flight, the club were relegated for the first time in 1996-97. They have since won the second division title four times, in 2001-02, 2008-09, 2014-15 and 2023-24.
Their most recent promotion came on 6 May 2024, secured with a two-all draw against Ohod.
The Aramco takeover
Since the summer of 2023 the club has been owned by Saudi Aramco, the national oil company, whose headquarters sit in Dhahran a few kilometres from Khobar. That link to the largest company in the country sets Al-Qadsiah apart from the clubs that passed under the control of the Public Investment Fund the same year.
They play in a ground holding twenty-six thousand, one of the largest in the Eastern Province.
