Al-Kholood Club is a Saudi football club based in Ar Rass, in the Qassim region, founded on 18 March 1970. Promoted to the Saudi Pro League for the first time in 2024, they became in 2025 the first Saudi club to be fully foreign-owned.

A first promotion in 2024
The club spent most of its history in the second and third divisions. They secured their first promotion to the Saudi Pro League in 2024, going on to play the 2024-25 season in the top flight.
It is an unusual path for a provincial side that has never won a national title.
A King’s Cup final
Al-Kholood reached the final of the King’s Cup in the 2025-26 edition, where they lost two-one to Al-Hilal.
For a club promoted two years earlier, reaching a national final against the most decorated side in the country stands as the highlight of their recent history.
The first foreign-owned Saudi club
On 24 July 2025, the club was bought by businessman Ben Harburg, becoming the first Saudi football club to be entirely foreign-owned.
That deal sets them clearly apart from the rest of the league, whose leading clubs came under the control of the Public Investment Fund in 2023, or of Saudi Aramco in the case of Al-Qadsiah. Al-Kholood also share their town and their ground with Al-Hazem.
